A. No. You don't need to pay any cost.

Q. Do I have to fill out all of my page's information?
A. No. You don’t need to fill out all information, but we will recommend entering your educational background and working experience as much as you can. Applicant who input 60% or more data in the listed fields and include a resume got scouted 4x more often.

Q. Do I have to use my real name?
A. Yes. Please register the required item by the real name by all means. We will keep your privacy and anonymity until you accept the scout offer. Accurate information is the key to success.

Q. How often do I need to update my information?
A. Our scout agent is always looking for the perfect candidate. If you keep updating your career information and work experience, you will have the opportunity to receive better scout emails from the Scout Agent more often.

Q. How do I increase the chance of being scouted?
A. Please input your resume and work experience as much as you can. If you have not added your skills in the application, you might be missing your dream opportunity.

Q. What are the anonymity meanings?
A. We won’t share any your identifiable information with our scout agent and open to the public, even your name, e-mail address and which company are you working for now.
